  • Privacy Engineering Analyst - Etsy (2021- present)

    Currently building out the Privacy Engineering program at Etsy, helping to enrich systems and tools used to enforce GDPR and similar privacy- and security-related laws; performs content redaction, data deletion, and DSAR tasks; works closely with Legal team to ensure compliance; assisting in management of policy structuring for Etsy and it’s entire House of Brands, including popular retailers Depop and Reverb.

  • Compliance Engineering Analyst - Etsy (2017-2021)

    Pioneered Compliance Engineering analyst role at Etsy as first member in role at company; helped develop and lead Etsy’s SOX Compliance program, playing a key role in creation and execution of Etsy’s control environment and SOX RCM. interfaced with internal and external auditors (PWC, Deloitte) on a weekly basis, defending Etsy’s unique control environment and surfacing deviations and exceptions. Some favorite projects: system-wide GCP Cloud migration, Github main branch renaming.

  • QA Analyst for Planner App - The Knot (2016-2017)

    Invited to join founding team for beta test of new app-based AI wedding planner service; initiated QA tests for marketing pushes and bot responses, providing data that was leveraged to increase intelligence of algorithm; worked closely with Product team on a daily basis to further develop new service.

  • Data Ops Analyst - The Knot (2014-2016)

    Created system of analytics reporting during development of new vendor concierge program; updated and maintained vendor account database; provided profile support to new and existing advertisers; led test email campaigns for client outreach services; collected and assessed advertiser data using Mixpanel and Google Tools.

  • App Support Associate - Uber (2014-2015)

    Provided support to Uber Partner Drivers via Zendesk suite; reviewed reported metrics; initiated appropriate fare adjustment and settled user disputes; enforced company policy and provided information to prospective Partners; reviewed and approved Driver legal documents for compliance.

  • Community Manager - HowAboutWe (2014)

    Responded to customer requests from web and app users using Zendesk; handled issues with customers over the phone and maintained phone logs; monitored website abuse filters and fraud detection programs; mediated customer disputes and community abuse; worked on squad developing copy and promotional material for You&Me mobile product.
